COUNSELING
I meet with individuals, families, and couples for private sessions. We assess your goals and use evidence-based psychotherapy tools to help you achieve them.

MINDFULNESS TRAINING
Mindfulness means staying in the present moment with non-judgmental, single-pointed attention. In my workshops and seminars, we discuss the theory behind mindfulness practice and learn new tools such as mindful breathing, eating, listening, body scan, and tea ceremony.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Effective leadership starts with knowing thyself. My leadership clients complete assessment tools to better understand their own personality as well as those around them. We then engage in executive coaching to fine tune specific areas of development.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
My journey with meditation began with my travels to India and Nepal, where I studied with Buddhist teachers and engaged in extensive retreat. My wish to serve others led me to graduate studies at Harvard and the University of Hawaii, leadership in the mental health field, and the opening of my private practice. My clients have ranged from Google and Lincoln International, as an executive coach, to counseling clients suffering from complex mental illness.
Mindfulness practices form the foundation of my offerings. My own practice continues to teach me the power of the mind and how perception, for better or worse, creates our reality. I feel blessed to offer my clients lessons from a reservoir of ancient wisdom traditions and modern scientific research.
